Massages

A massage, especially being part of your regular routine, may help maintain mental, emotional, and physical well being.

Some benefits of massages include: calming your nervous system, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve blood circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, helps prevent and relieve muscle spasms and cramps, and help with pain management.

Swedish Massage:
30 or 60 minute
An all over body massage that uses a variety of Swedish techniques to help relax, relieve stress, and tension.




 

Deep Tissue Massage:
30 or 60 minute
Similar to a Swedish Massage, however the strokes are deeper in the area of concern. This is also a great massage used to help relieve trigger points/knots in your body.
 


 

Prenatal Massage:
30 or 60 minute
A prenatal massage can reduce anxiety, decrease symptons of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.
 

Custom Therapy Massage:
60 or 90 minute
After discussing your areas of concern, our massage therapist will customize your massage for your needs. Example: Maybe you would like 60 mins of deep tissue, followed by 30 mins of reflexology.
 

Reflexology:
30 minute
Points on the feet are stimulated by massage to influence organs and systems of the body. This massage can also be done on the hands or both hands and feet.
 


 

 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, especially if you are a new client.
